She is passionate about self driving technology and has been supporting the design and delivery of these engagements for the last three years.
  • Jennifer Gilmore Recruiting Director Jennifer has worked within the technology consulting and staffing industry for 20 years. Throughout her career she has held positions as a Recruiting Director, Managing Director, Senior Technical Recruiter and Consultant Services Manager. Jennifer has trained and led national teams of recruiting professionals to support a variety of industry verticals: Autonomous Vehicle Technology, Software Development, Financial Services, Energy and Utility, Healthcare, Retail and Data Analytics.

As a resident expert having placed over 250 Vehicle Operators, she has also specialized in recruiting for all technical roles taking a unique approach to social networking, building networks based on relationships and participating in MeetUps. Chris is adept at connecting with people and evaluating them for fit based on client requirements and also enjoys providing coaching and mentoring support to help figure out their next chapter based on personal and professional goals.
